About MAXable Global (CIC)
MAXable Global (CIC) is a UK-based Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to raising Mental Health Awareness on a Global scale. As a social benefit company, we are committed to addressing one of the most pressing issues of our time, as identified by the World Health Organization (WHO).
Our Mission
In response to the growing need we have initiated a Global Mental Wellness Mission, a preventative approach in empowering individuals with knowledge and skills to safeguard their mental health. To equip people to recognize signs of distress in themselves and loved ones, fostering a culture of empathy, proactive care and to dismantle the stigma surrounding mental illness, encouraging individuals to seek help without fear or shame.

About the Founder
Maxable Global CIC was founded in 2022 by Neelam Chawla, not in a boardroom, but in the aftermath of lived experiences that revealed the silent gaps in how mental wellness is understood, accessed, and supported across communities. Born out of pain, purpose, and a refusal to let silence win, Maximal Global emerged as a mission to make mental wellness truly inclusive, creative, and human.
Neelam’s vision was shaped by a deep awareness that mental health cannot be addressed in isolation — it is woven into our cultures, relationships, systems, and everyday lives. The organisation was founded to challenge stigma, break cultural taboos, and create safe, empowering spaces for people of all backgrounds and abilities to express, heal, and grow.
What began as a deeply personal initiative has grown into a global movement — reaching across continents through creative therapies, awareness campaigns, education, and community-led programs. Under Neelam’s leadership, Maxable Global has championed mental health advocacy not just through clinical models, but through storytelling, music, art, social justice, and grassroots empowerment.
At the heart of the organisation is a simple belief: those who have faced adversity often become the strongest voices for change. Neelam continues to lead Maxable Global with compassion, courage, and the conviction that true wellness is about connection, dignity, and reaching the people who are too often left behind.
Simple Habits to Improve Mental Wellness
