MAXHer 50+
MAXHer 50+ is a dedicated initiative created to support women over 50 in rebuilding confidence, self-worth and independence.
Learn moreMaxable Global is dedicated to advancing a global mission for mental health awareness and wellbeing.
In addition to promoting awareness, we place an emphasis on prevention, advancing mental wellness before crisis.
From various programmes and initiatives, to research and the development of the Maxable Resilience Framework (M-RF), we help people to foster mental wellness and build resilience in everyday life.
From courses to community engagement, our programmes and initiatives are core to our mission.
Influenced by our research and developed with experts, the Maxable Resilience Framework (M-RF) underpins everything that we do.
The M-RF is a practical, non-clinical model designed to support emotional stability, clarity, and resilience in everyday life.
Aligned with our focus on prevention, it was designed to address how people cope with building pressure, helping them to manage their mental health effectively to avoid reaching the point of crisis.

Maxable Global was founded in 2022 by Neelam Chawla, from a powerful blend of academic knowledge, professional experience and lived resilience.
Neelam holds an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing and a Master’s in Education, alongside postgraduate certification in Special and Inclusive Education and additional training in CBT, NLP and counselling.
However, the heart of Maxable was not born from qualifications alone — it was born from personal pain, recovery and the determination to turn adversity into purpose.
Having experienced the reality of profound health challenges, emotional struggle and rebuilding life with courage, Neelam created Maxable to make mental wellness practical, inclusive and accessible for all. The mission is rooted in a preventative approach: to strengthen people before life overwhelms them, to build resilience before crisis, and to help individuals, families, communities and organisations reconnect with their abilities, confidence and hope.
Our name, a portmanteau of ‘Maximise’ and ‘Abilities’, was chosen to highlight our aim to help people maximise their own abilities whilst fostering mental wellness.
At Maxable, we have a diverse global team driven by a shared passion for advancing our mission to promote wellbeing, resilience, and inclusion.
