Maxable Young Voices
Maxable Young Voices is our initiative focusing on children's mental wellbeing, creating the space for children to share their experiences, ideas, and what they want adults to understand.
Learn moreAt Maxable® Global, mental wellbeing is part of everyday life. Looking after it can begin with a conversation, a meaningful connection or the opportunity to learn something new.
Our preventative, non-clinical approach is guided by ACT: Awareness, Connection and Training.
Opening Conversations. Encouraging Understanding.
Awareness begins with curiosity and a willingness to listen.
Through webinars, public events and interactive discussions, specialist professionals share knowledge, answer questions and challenge misconceptions about mental health and wellbeing. Our webinars are open to everyone.
We explore a wide range of topics, including understanding claustrophobia, dementia and breathwork, and introduce new subjects as community interests and needs evolve.
Bringing People Together. Building Relationships.
Connections can begin through music, movement, creativity, shared interests or simply spending time together.
Our community activities give people the chance to meet others, share experiences and abilities, make friends and feel part of a community.
Practical Skills. Everyday Resilience.
Awareness builds understanding. Training helps turn that understanding into practical action.
Through workshops and hands-on learning, participants explore tools and strategies for everyday challenges, building confidence and supporting their mental wellbeing. Our sessions have covered topics including dementia, menopause, invisible illnesses, yoga and the Maxable Resilience Framework.
The Maxable Resilience Framework (M-RF) is a practical, non-clinical framework for recognising emotions, reflecting on experiences, exploring perspectives and strengthening connections.
Explore MR-FA child may express themselves through art and creativity. An adult may benefit from an open conversation about mental health. An older person may build friendships through music, games or shared interests. As our youth programme develops, young people will be able to build confidence through practical experiences and peer leadership.
There is no single approach that works for everyone, so our initiatives take different forms. The core stays the same: building awareness, connection and practical skills to support mental wellbeing and resilience.
Explore Our InitiativesThe Maxable Global Excellence Awards recognise and celebrate individuals and organisations whose achievements, leadership and contributions make a positive difference across different fields and communities.

Our in-person activities currently take place in London, while our online sessions are open to everyone, wherever they are.
Whether you would like to participate, volunteer, sponsor or collaborate, there are many ways to be part of Maxable's work.

From courses to community engagement, our programmes and initiatives are core to our mission.
Influenced by our research and developed with experts, the Maxable Resilience Framework (M-RF) underpins everything that we do.
The M-RF is a practical, non-clinical model designed to support emotional stability, clarity, and resilience in everyday life.
Aligned with our focus on prevention, it was designed to address how people cope with building pressure, helping them to manage their mental health effectively to avoid reaching the point of crisis.

Maxable Global was founded in 2024 by Neelam Chawla, from a powerful blend of academic knowledge, professional experience and lived resilience.
Neelam holds an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing and a Master’s in Education, alongside postgraduate certification in Special and Inclusive Education and additional training in CBT, NLP and counselling.
However, the heart of Maxable was not born from qualifications alone — it was born from personal pain, recovery and the determination to turn adversity into purpose.
Having experienced the reality of profound health challenges, emotional struggle and rebuilding life with courage, Neelam created Maxable to make mental wellness practical, inclusive and accessible for all. The mission is rooted in a preventative approach: to strengthen people before life overwhelms them, to build resilience before crisis, and to help individuals, families, communities and organisations reconnect with their abilities, confidence and hope.
Our name, a portmanteau of ‘maximise’ and ‘abilities’, was chosen to highlight our aim to help people maximise their own abilities whilst fostering mental wellness.
At Maxable, we have a diverse global team driven by a shared passion for advancing our mission to promote wellbeing, resilience, and inclusion.
