MaxHer 50+ is a Maxable Global initiative created to support women aged 50 and above as they step into a new chapter of life with confidence, purpose, and self-belief.
For many women, life after 50 can bring major emotional, physical, and social changes. Children may have grown up, family responsibilities may shift, careers may slow down or change, and many women begin to question their role, identity, and value. After years of caring, working, building families, supporting others, and carrying responsibilities, some women can suddenly feel unseen, unheard, or even redundant.
At the same time, this stage of life can also bring hormonal changes, health challenges, menopause-related symptoms, emotional changes, confidence issues, and a reduced sense of self-worth. These experiences are real, but they are often not spoken about openly enough.
MaxHer 50+ exists to change that.

We believe that women do not lose their value after 50. In fact, this can be one of the most powerful stages of a woman’s life. With the right support, encouragement, knowledge, and community, women can rediscover their strengths, rebuild confidence, explore new opportunities, and continue contributing meaningfully to society.
Through this initiative, we support women to:
- rebuild confidence and self-worth;
- understand and manage emotional and hormonal changes;
- reconnect with their identity beyond family or work roles;
- explore skills, interests, enterprise, volunteering, leadership, or creative goals;
- build supportive friendships and reduce isolation; and
- maximise their abilities and step into new possibilities.
At Maxable Global, our mission is to help people recognise that ability does not end with age. MaxHer 50+ Plus is about reminding women that their wisdom, experience, resilience, and voice still matter.
This initiative is not about starting again from zero. It is about recognising everything a woman has already survived, achieved, carried, and learned — and helping her use that strength to shape the next chapter of her life.
Because after 50, women are not finished. They are evolving.
