400 Young Minds, One Important Conversation: Mental Health Awareness at ASN School, India
19 March 2024

Promoting emotional wellbeing, self-awareness and healthy communication through interactive learning.
400 students. An auditorium filled with young minds. And a conversation about something every one of us experiences — emotions.
On 19 March 2024, Maxable Global engaged with approximately 400 students at ASN Senior Secondary School, Mayur Vihar, New Delhi, India through an interactive mental health awareness session.
Led by Maxable Global’s Founder and Director, Neelam Chawla the session explored emotional wellbeing, recognising feelings and healthy communication through relatable examples and student participation.
From the audience to the stage, students took part in activities that made the subject engaging and relevant to everyday life.

Bringing Mental Health Awareness to Life
Happiness, excitement, frustration, worry and disappointment are all part of growing up. Recognising these emotions and understanding how they influence our thoughts and responses are valuable life skills.
The session brought these ideas into focus through everyday examples, discussions and interactive activities.
One of the highlights was the enthusiastic involvement of students on stage, adding energy and participation to the programme.
The central message was simple: Every emotion has a place. What matters is learning to recognise it, understand it and respond in a healthy way.

A Shared Commitment to Student Wellbeing
Maxable Global was delighted to contribute to ASN Senior Secondary School’s commitment to holistic education and student wellbeing.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Ms Swarnima Luthra, Principal of ASN Senior Secondary School, together with the school’s teachers and staff, for their warm welcome and support in facilitating the programme.
The event was also attended by Amb. Monika K. Mohta, Global Patron of Maxable Global, whose presence and encouragement reflected her support for the organisation’s mental wellness mission.
The occasion highlighted the value of educators and community organisations coming together to enrich learning experiences and support the personal and emotional development of young people.

Learning About Ourselves Matters Too
At Maxable Global, we believe that understanding our emotions is an important part of personal development.
Guided by our three pillars — Awareness, Training and Support — we aim to make mental health education practical, accessible and relevant to everyday life.
Our engagement at ASN School reflected this commitment and the value of working alongside educators to support young people’s overall development.
Because alongside discovering what they can achieve, young people also benefit from understanding how they think, feel and respond to the world around them.
