Maxable Resilience Framework Formally Launched in Westminster, London
11 July 2026

On 30 June 2026, at the Maxable Global Excellence Awards in Westminster, the Maxable Resilience Framework (M-RF) was formally launched amongst activists, medical professionals, and parliamentarians.
Neelam Chawla, Founder and Director of Maxable Global, introduced the framework in a speech that highlighted the importance of preventative mental wellness, and explained how M-RF was developed as a tool to help people build mental resilience before pressure leads to crisis.
Developed leveraging a combination of professional expertise, lived experience, and established resilience research, M-RF seeks to provide people with a clear pathway to recognising pressure earlier and responding effectively to prevent crisis.
The formal launch of M-RF — covered by the Eastern Eye newspaper — marks an important milestone for Maxable, as the framework is core to our mission of advancing preventative mental wellness.

To advance widespread mental wellbeing, we are offering discovery consultations to organisations interested in exploring how M-RF could enable them to support employees before burnout, build prevention-focused wellbeing into everyday culture, and introduce a shared language around resilience.
We are preparing a free, six-week pilot programme based on M-RF.
If you would like to be invited to partake in the programme, please complete our short, three-minute survey around stress and resilience.
